The Defense POW / MIA Accounting Agency 2025 National POW/MIA Recognition Day poster was unveiled on Feb 22 at the Sacramento Family Member Update. Jeanie Huffman (CDR Edward Jacobs Jr, USN MIA 25 Aug 67 NVN/OW) was introduced as this year's poster creator by DPAA Director of Outreach Jennifer Nasarenko. This is the first poster designed by a Gold Star family member. Following Jeanie's very moving speech, the poster was unveiled by Principal Deputy Director Fern Sumpter Winbush and Jeanie.
