Thank you to USIP for making this trip a success. A special thanks to Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations for helping to coordinate many of our events in the local provinces.  We were honored to be invited guests of DPAA at the Repatriation Ceremony held at Da Nang International Airport.

Mission: POW-MIA Vice President and board member, Pam Cain, presents a wreath for Gold Star Families and the National POW-MIA Memorial & Museum in Jacksonville, FL.   

Members of Mission:  POW-MIA  walk in the Geneva, IL Memorial Day parade sponsored by American Legion Post 75. 

Mission: POW-MIA attended the Memorial Day Ceremony in Tribute to Capt. H.R. "Rocky" Versace in Alexandria, VA on May 27, 2024. 

Board Member Cindy Reed spoke at Beck Mountain Baptist Church in Elizabethton, TN on Sunday May 26th.

Mission: POW-MIA Executive Director, Dave Huffman and Social Media/Board Member, Jeanie Huffman along with Founding Member, Colleen Shine were invited to the White House Breakfast on Memorial Day 2024.

 RADM Jon Kreitz, President of Mission: POW-MIA presented a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. “La National Presidente of La Societe des Quarante Hommes et Huit Chevaux, ladies auxiliary of “The Society of Forty Men and Eight Horses” Ms. Lori Bolley, Chair their POW/MIA Committee accompanied RADM Kreitz.

On Friday May 24, 2024, ORF held its annual Memorial Day Tribute. Mission: POW-MIA was proud to support this event by providing period uniforms for ORF employees and an Army ROTC Cadet to represent eight Guests of Honor who were KIA or MIA from WW II, Korea, Cold War, Vietnam and Operation: Restore Hope.
